“I brought in a man homeless, living on the street, who has absolutely nothing. Here he received an adequate mental evaluation to get him on the correct medications by the end of day. The same day he went through the process to receive transitional housing, again all in the same day. Here he also received a meal and the help he needed to obtain all of his legal Nevada identifications. This organization provides a great services for the homeless and people in transition. Their wraparound approach truly meets the needs of the individual person. The staff listens to people, no judgement, they are just here to help everyone. I can see it, I can even feel it. I have spent several hours here and have witnessed each and every person get the help they need with respect, with genuine care and concern, and even with a touch of love. The staff here is truly doing the best they can to help the people they serve and it makes a difference. Yes the programs and services here really help people get on their feet and transition out of homelessness.”

“Overall I have had a great experience with my Therapist and the in person staff. My one issue is with the logistic side of things and the call center for scheduling. I am a teacher and on my last work day. i had a work emergency that I had to stay for. I called WC to inform them fully knowing this would be a "no show" due to their policy. We scheduled my next appointment for 4pm. At some point it was decided to move the appointment. They had tried to call me..while subsequently my phone has been having major issues with spam calls. So much so that my voicemail is full within two days. I did not know the appointment had been changed and only realized the day of when I checked a confirmation text. Yes you do recieve the texts which is great, however I had not agreed to the appointment change. I called immediately to try to resolve this and they refused to remove the no show. I begged almost crying on the phone..repeating there should not be an appointment because I never agreed to it. Lucky my services were not canceled as I absolutely love seeing Miranda my therapist. The next appointment went fine no isseus. After this my most recent appointment...I showed up on time and was told they had cancelled due to my therapist having to cover in another department. I was very upset that it was ok for them to simply change things and not try more than once to get ahold of me (when I have explained and asked for help on the communication side) When I got a no show I did not deserve I understand and respect policy (as proven by my accepting that first no show) But, it is not right to punish a patient who is genially trying to communicate and make their needs known. It is also not right to have such a policy that only goes one way..in my opinion if it were not for my therapist and the true help she has given me I would have given up by now”

“I have been seeing Kaiwen Jiang for psychiatry for the past 4 years. He has been nothing short but amazing. He really cares about my wellbeing and is very responsive and always makes time to see me. He is also very honest and wants the best for his patients. Very grateful for all these years.”

“They committed FRAUD in my medical file! Massive fraud and then refused to fix it. They falsified medical information to the point where they can be SUED. It's fraud! When I called them to get it fixed they refused. It was so scary how bad they falsified too. This information was put into my SSI case too, even more SCARY because this was FRAUDulent and out of over 6000 pages of medical files the judge pulled this out and wrote it on a federal document! A judge should have caught that it shows nowhere in any medical files that I had this issue. Very scary indeed. They handled this very poorly and they will be held accountable. I plan on pursuing this with the state and moving forward to close their clinics down. What they did is unacceptable and they should not receive funding ever again. BIG mistake they made. I'll file against them soon. I will say Jacob Mearse was very Good and I am surprised that he allowed this. How he could allow these inaccuracies to be written in my files? I am very disappointed. I expect better. To blatantly lie about a disabled, DV survivor with severe disabilities is not only gross, but illegal fraud. To write what you people wrote in my file?! It's now in my SSI paperwork and the stalker has been lying and using it against me. Frightening indeed. You could have fixed it.”
