TMS tech Nicole has made a huge impact on my TMS treatment. She meets you where you are at for the day. She is encouraging and compassionate. She reminds you to put in work for yourself and helps you find things that will help you on your healing journey. “I highly recommend Dr. Popov for anyone considering a Psychiatrist. My husband has been seeing him for I believe 3 years. He has MDD, PTSD, and Anxiety. Can I tell you this doctor has worked miracles . My husband has come so far. Dr. Popov’s genuine concern for his patients are like no other. He listens to understand, therefore my husband felt understood and heard. Not just a pill prescribed, but the best professional advice and solution that would benefit him. . Now let’s talk about his AWESOME staff, mainly Susie. She has been working with my husband regarding (TMS) Transcranial magnet stimulation as well as managing his other treatments. “The biggest waste of time and money. I scheduled my appointment, they said they take my insurance, just a co-pay was due. I pay my co pay no problem. The day of my appointment, I talk to the provider for 10 minutes. All he does is try and give me business consulting advice and advises me on how to restructure my business so I’m less stressed. He then ends the evaluation by mentioning I show signs of bipolar and ADHD but that he cannot give a diagnosis to anyone above 18. But the good news is, he prescribed me some sleep meds! And you can’t have anxiety if you’re a sleep :) I wasn’t even going to write a bad review here. I already found a new psych from my therapist referral. But the reason I’m now writing a bad review is because I have this $174.68 bill Why do I have a $174.68 bill? Before my appointment you said my insurance covers it. I just have a co-pay. I’ve called and asked to speak to the billing department but nobody answers in that department. I would not have scheduled an appointment if my insurance did not cover it. You can see in my attached photo the bill. Billing my insurance $561.39 is also crazy for a 10 minute evaluation without being able to diagnose me. The Dr. literally said he cant diagnose me because I’m over 18. Why did you all let me schedule an appointment in the first place? Feel free to call me back and remove my bill and I’ll update my review here.”
