“PLEASE AVOID - ESPECIALLY IF SEEKING TMS! I was doing my treatments everyday at the end of 2025. When the new year came around, I attended a few sessions and was close to graduation. Suddenly I get hit with a bill of $4,450.00. I called my insurance, it was still active. I went to the office and spoke with their front desk staff. They told me that my insurance is no longer in-network. I asked why they had not told me before I continued my treatment - the front desk person told me that it's hard to get to all patients and inform them of the change in a timely manner. Mind you, all of this happened in January. It is now July. The manager and I spoke - we had agreed on a plan for me to pay. In March - a call center representative named Josh had told me the “final amount owed” on my account was $240.00 I paid and asked them to never contact me again. Yesterday, I checked the mail and saw that I got a bill of $452.00 from Serenity. At this moment, I am on the phone with a call center representative named Taylor. She explained that the call center has no way of seeing if there are open/ unpaid claims. Josh misled me. The office misled me. The manager misled me. Mind you! I sat down with the manager - he told me all of these nice things. He said that I had tried so many medications that my insurance will cover the treatment 100% (since other treatments didn’t work) and that he cares so much about my journey. The amount of mental anguish this has caused me is immense. I thought I was done with this nightmare of an office, but they just kept coming back. The office is a lie. It sells the idea that the office has a close and trusting relationship with its patients - it does not. Remember! They said they have so many patients that they couldn’t get to me to tell me that I was out of network! Please don’t come here. They may forget about you too…”

“Staff was friendly, but the office was uncomfortable. I think they were going for low stimulus, but it just felt highly sterile. The waterfall wall in the entry produces a nice sound, but it creates an awkward swampy, uncomfortable dampness. I was expecting the office to be cold so I worse a sweater, but the moisture left it feeling like it was both stuffy and chilly somehow. The tan leather chairs and couches somehow felt like they clashed with the all-white walls, flooring, and glass doors. They had a feeling of natural about them that just didn't fit with the rest. The artwork also felt out of place, like windows to a serene landscape outside of a locked down psych ward. The bright white fluorescents against the all white space was extremely uncomfortable. They also had an ASMR video playing very loudly which clashed with the sound of the water wall. Next, I was taken to a weirdly small room with high ceilings. The same kind of color palette as the waiting room except there was an area rug that covered most of the floor and somehow only made the room feel smaller and the ceiling taller. They couldn't find a blood pressure cuff that fit me either so I was left in this awkwardly small windowless room twice. I was then met by the psychiatrist...it's only now that I'm finding out that I've been referred to the wrong type of practice, after my co-pay has been collected and cancellation is $150. I sit through an appointment where the psychiatrist cuts me off and says "I don't need to hear that." Interesting, you wanted to know about the details of something else that's over 30 years old, but not this other detail....and he also drew conclusions based on his own personal opinions on a controversial topic. By the end he was already just simply labeling me anxious, knew I wouldn't accept mediation, and was suggesting essentially an electromagnetic lobotomy...i call it like I see it. He didn't feel safe to me. The whole experience felt like something out of "The Giver." I came for late diagnosis spectrum assessment, and instead was invalidated and silenced. I will not be back.”

“Love the office, love the people, love the options they have available. I’m anxious and want to cancel all of the TMS appointments I have set before I even start. It is 11:52 am on August 12. My first appointment is supposed to be August 13 at 7:30 for tms. I am writing this over 24 hours in advance to make sure I have it in writing that I want to cancel my appointment and all future appointments. I don’t want to get charged a no show fee and for some reason in my gut I’m scared they won’t cancel it. I called and spoke to Courtney at 11:27am and then called and spoke to Leilani at 11:39 am. And then I also sent a text message to the tech named Lesli and I told all 3 ladies to please cancel my appointment. I just want to make sure I don’t get charged any fees I’m trying to make it very clear I want all future appointments cancelled.”

“It was my first time trying a psychiatrist since I had a bad experience at a different company late last year. This place is amazing! The staffing is lovely and comforting. They were so thorough on everything and truly took their time to understand and answer all of my questions. Highly recommend!”
