“After filling out all of their forms answering all of their questions giving them my insurance information. I was told they didn't have any availability or that were scheduling far out and it wasn't even an option for me to schedule when they had availability for TMS Treatment. And before they even contact you they want you to fill out of these forms with really personal information that should really be given in an initial consultation. So I would say their beside manner is horrible. Or their interest in actual patient care is horrible. Patient care has gone so far downhill these days. I'm actually glad it turned out this way.”
