“She made me feel comfortable from the very first appointment and treated me with kindness and compassion. She truly feels more like a trusted friend than just a physician. One of my biggest concerns was gaining weight, and she listened to my concerns, provided helpful guidance, and made me feel supported throughout the process. She is by far the best OB-GYN I have ever had. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, caring, and understanding physician.”

“I have been trying to find a good pcp for a while. She was recommended to me by a friend. I called the office the first available as a new patient was telemed (no problem for me). I saw her a few days later... told her my main concerns at the time. She put in labs for me right away and I went and had my blood drawn the next morning. At the initial appt time I prescheduled an in person visit for other health check ups. They were fast and Im thankful. Staff was nice and friendly.”

“I had a great first visit with my provider and was very pleased with the care I received. However, I cannot speak to the competence of the office staff or the office's ability to accurately relay messages between patients and providers. I would also strongly encourage the practice's leadership to provide patients with clear follow-up information after telehealth or online appointments. Doing so could help reduce confusion, improve communication, and potentially prevent unnecessary errors or harm. It appears there may be a lack of a clear protocol for situations in which a provider is out of town and a patient has questions regarding the dosage of their medication. Establishing a standardized process for these circumstances could help ensure timely communication, reduce confusion, and promote patient safety. Hopefully this is something the practice will consider going forward.”

“Today was my first appointment with this facility. I have Doctor Wally Joseph, he was amazing. He was very kind, asked all the right questions, listened to me and took the time to understand me and gave responses ensuring he understood me. He made me feel very comfortable from the getgo and I was extremely nervous. He also helped me get a therapist right away and scheduled me an appointment for next week, as well as a primary doctor, which was super awesome because searching for one can be difficult and stressful. So I really appreciated that. Im very happy about my doctor and will definitely continue with him and this facility. Glad I came upon this place. Its a good feeling knowing im in good hands and he made sure I knew that I would be in a comforting way. Thank you Doctor Wally and thank you to everyone at the facility!!
