“Very interesting psychiatric firm all things considered. I recently had to dump this particular office due to despite being a patient for over a year consistently, the professionals assigned to my case did not accurately convey my experience to the people they made outside exchanges with concerning my care. This put me in a compromising position unfortunately, as a prior trafficking victim and queer person. Bryan Bender was my psychiatrist and he was great for medication management and a 15 minute update every month or so, but he went beyond his reach and inappropriately contacted others regarding my care, violating several laws while being entirely ignorant of what was actually going on with me due to lack of record keeping or poor communication between him and my therapist Ryan Hollister. This created stress in my life because I could have been asked at any time about anything and I would have been completely honest. After a psychiatric hold, I went for my monthly visit via telehealth to Bryan Bender and his whole demeanor shifted from what I was used to and I became incredibly uncomfortable. I tried to have a conversation with him but he ignored everything I was saying, as if he were following a script and could not break from it. He was pissed about St. Rose's blood tests of mine that allegedly had meth in them. I do not know how he got these results as I did not authorize the transfer. He knows I have, in the past, had a huge addiction to meth and have on and off for six years. I am a drug addict. But the positive test results seemed to have made him incredibly furious but at the time I had already known about the HIPAA violations yet I tried to have an adult conversation with him about possible resolutions yet he persisted following a script that ultimately led to him trying to institutionalize me. I am fine with that as a potential option but he was literally following a script and did not offer any room for transparent discussion. He said he would not refill my prescription because I used meth and again, that is fine as a discussion, but I don't think he was interested in anything other than putting me in a compound or facility. This is the second time in two years I have had to cease working with a professional due to HIPAA violations based on faulty charts and notes, which caused unsettling and frustrating social experiences involving misconceptions. The front desk ladies, while normally very professional and alert, seemed to have investment in the whole ordeal despite rarely ever exchanging words with me. When I called to eject myself as a client, the phone was put down without any comment but it was still left off the hook. I hung up. I did ultimately get a refill confirmed by text the next day and picked up at a pharmacy in North Las Vegas that was not my choice or the one in the computer, but with grace and ease I made the travel north and picked up the prescription that was originally denied. I didn't want to post this but I feel exploited and slighted. X”

“I'm gonna have to agree with these other comments. I was happy here for awhile, but charging someone who is already being seen for mental health $125 for a missed appointment is HIGHWAY ROBBERY. Welcome to Vegas Healthcare, where the care isn't about the patient, it's about the dollar signs.”

“absolute waste of time! I went in there thinking I was going to "talk therapy" all the Dr talked about was brain mapping, a $800 MRI that I have to pay out of pocket for, and 36 visits @ $75 each.”

“I have been seen by Hailee Narayan. She was very unprofessional in not providing legal documentation stating that she could not take video calls in a moving vehicle. I took this to the Better Business Bureau and Delve Psychiatry’s response was to discontinue care with a Nurse Practitioner unrelated to the case at point. Delve Psychiatry tried to make me pay $125 for their considering my video appointment was a no show for being in a moving vehicle. After Delve Psychiatry spoke to the BBB, they sent a letter stating that I had missed multiple appointments with my Nurse Practitioner which was false. They states that he was part of the Company and that was the reason for discontinuation.”
