“EDIT: Dr. Suba and the awesome front office staff turned this 1 star into a 5 star 🙂 My appointment was at 11:30am. I was on time, the doctor (not Dr. Suba) was not. I told them I only had a limited amount of time for the appointment from the jump. If they didn't change their hours, I might have had time to wait since my original appointment was at 4:00pm! The doctor went home for the day, now what?”

Dory made the entire process easy and was always friendly, helpful, and professional. Dr. Park took the time to answer my questions, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. “I called this facility the day of my scheduled telehealth appointment to ask if they could send a link. Why did I find out the day of that my appointment has been rescheduled? And this was only over the phone, no email/text notification!! This company has no respect for others' time but expect patients to give at least 24 hours notice to reschedule. Screw you guys. Might need to switch to another company soon!!!”

“Choose another psychiatrist! So u organized and always 20-30 minutes late. They don’t communicate if in person or Telehealth. There are much better providers in the Vegas area. Avoid this one.”
